摘要
介绍了IMO极地规则的发展情况,解读了IACS统一极地级船舶要求,分析了未来满足极地规则的极地级船舶的主要技术措施,结合我国在南北极不同的利益诉求,针对我国在IMO极地规则制定过程中需要展开的工作给出了对策,对我国造船界在未来极地级船舶的技术发展给出建议。
This arlicle introduces the developing trend of IMO Polar Codes and IACS Po- lar Class UR, and analyses the major technical measures of future polar ship. Combined with the interest demands of China in south and north poles, the counlermeasures for IMO regula- tion formulating and the advices for technology development of future polar ship are given, which can provide a reference for domestic shipbuilding industry.
