有限内固定结合超关节外固定架治疗 Pilon 骨折

摘要 目的：探讨有限内固定结合超关节外固定架治疗 Pilon 骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析采取有限内固定结合超关节外固定架治疗的16例 Pilon 骨折的临床资料。结果所有病例经过8~20（平均14）个月随访，骨折均愈合。Ruedi - AllgowerⅡ型优良率80%，Ⅲ型优良率67%。结论有限内固定结合超关节外固定架治疗 Pilon 骨折，具有操作简单、安全、创伤小、骨折愈合率高、功能恢复好等优点。
