关于民航空管安全中人为因素的分析

Human Factors Analysis of ATC Safetyin Civil Aviation

空管系统的安全主要体现在四个方面:人的因素、环境因素、机械设备状态和对整个系统的管理。先简要介绍了这四个方面对空管安全的影响,然后重点介绍了人为因素对空管安全的影响。其中在人为因素的介绍中对人的特点进行了分析,介绍了一些基本的研究方法和模型。最后通过对民航空管中人为因素的分析,为空管安全体系建设提出了一些建议。

ATC（Air Traffic Control）system security is mainly reflected in four aspects,including human factors,environmental factors,mechanical equipment condition and management of the entire system.This article briefly describes the impact of these four aspects on the safety of air traffic control,then focuses on the impact of human factors on the safety of air traffic control.It describes human characteristics of the human factors and introduces some basic research methods and models.Finally,some suggestions are offered to the development of air traffic control and safety system after human factors of the civil aviation air traffic control are analyzed.
