松动隔振爆破在立井井壁梁窝施工中的应用

摘要 井壁梁窝的施工,是矿井建设中必不可少的工序。文章建立在松动隔振爆破理论的基础上,对潞宁祥升煤业改扩建中的副立井井壁梁窝爆破施工方法进行了研究,通过对井壁结构和梁窝尺寸进行精确分析,针对性采用在梁窝轮廓周边密布空孔,选用合理的雷管起爆顺序的松动隔振爆破方法施工。实践结果表明:采用空孔松动隔振爆破技术,在梁窝施工中取得了良好的效果,具有很好的应用前景。 Construction wall beam nest construction is the essential process of mine construction. This paper made analysis of auxiliary shaft lining blasting construction method in Luning Xiangsheng Mining Expansion,aimed at using the empty holes around the nest beam profile in the beam profile,it selected and used reasonable detonating sequence loosening vibration blasting construction method through the accurate analysis of shaft lining structure accurately and beam litter size. The practice results show that:it has achieved good results in the beam nest construction,and it has good application prospects by the empty hole loose blasting vibration isolation technology.
