糖尿病对星形胶质细胞功能影响的实验研究进展

摘要 糖尿病可以引起中枢神经系统的功能障碍。星形胶质细胞作为中枢神经系统的重要组成部分,亦受糖尿病的影响而改变,主要表现在星形胶质细胞的体积、细胞间缝隙连接、蛋白表达、糖原贮存等方面。 Diabetes mellitus can cause central nervous system dysfunction. Astrocyte, as an important part of the central nervous system, is affected by diabetes, which involve the volume of astrocyte, intercellular gap junctions, the expression of protein, glycogen storageand so on.
