PFNA微创治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折临床体会

摘要 目的探讨PFNA微创治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折的方法和疗效。方法对28例老年性股骨粗隆间骨折采用牵引床牵引下应用PFNA微创方法治疗。结果本组28例均获得满意疗效,根据Harris评分标准评定:优13例,良14例,可1例,优良率96%。结论 PFNA治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折具有固定可靠、创伤小、并发症少等优点,是治疗老年性粗隆间骨折的较理想方法。 Objective To study the curative effect of surgical treatment of the Femoral intertrochanteric fractures using the minimally invasive Proximal Femoral Nail Antirotation( PFNA). Methods PFNA for 28cases different types of intertrochanter fracture of femur in elder people. Results All the patients obtained satisfactory curative effect,the clinical outcome were evaluated according to Harris grading,13cases were graded as excellent and 14cases as good,1 case were poor. The excellent rat was 96%. Conclusion PFNA has the advantages of less surgical trauma,less loss of sclerotin,less complications,more stable fixation,So it is an idealer treatment method.
