应用人工双极股骨头置换术在高龄股骨头坏死患者治疗中的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察不同髋关节置换术式在老年人股骨头坏死治疗中的应用价值。方法将40例老年股骨头坏死患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各20例。对照组给予全髋人工关节置换术,观察组给予人工双极股骨头置换术。对两组手术时间、术中出血量进行统计。术后随访3个月,对比术前、术后3个月髋关节Harris评分情况。结果观察组平均手术时间及平均出血量均明显低于对照组,术后随访3个月,髋关节Harris评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论人工双极股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨头坏死,手术时间短、术中出血少、术后恢复好,值得临床应用。
