子宫大部分切除术治疗子宫腺肌病38例疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨与分析子宫大部分切除术治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效。方法选择38例明确诊断为子宫腺肌病、要求保留部分子宫但无生育要求,有经量增多并进行性加重痛经症状的患者行子宫大部分切除术。术后随访3~12个月,了解术后经量及痛经症状改善情况。结果 38例患者术后月经均正常来潮,经量较前显著减少,且痛经症状明显缓解。结论子宫大部分切除术治疗子宫腺肌病,不但切除了肉眼可见的子宫病变组织、保留的小部分子宫月经仍能正常来潮,并解决了患者经量增多及痛经症状,术后不影响正常性生活,值得临床推广运用。
