对涉外警务研究生培养问题的思考

Reflections on training of foreign policing graduates

近几年来,在国家研究生扩招政策的支持下,我国涉外警务研究生数量急剧增长。然而,研究生扩招和数量的增多与教学质量和预期目标的实现之间没有必然的逻辑联系,人员数量的增加并不能确保人才培养能够满足社会需要。通过对涉外警务研究生培养机制中的几个基本问题进行分析,对未来涉外警务研究生教育提出了建议。

In recent years, with the support of the national graduate enrollment policy, the number of foreign policing graduates is sharply increased. However, there is no necessary logic link between the graduate enrollment increase in the number and quality of teaching and realization of expectations, the increase of the number does not ensure personnel training to meet the needs of the community. Based on the analysis of the basic issues on the training mechanism of foreign policing graduates, the author made recommendations on the future education of foreign policing graduates.
