近几年,伴随着独立院校教育事业的蓬勃发展,独立学院师范类毕业生的就业问题已经成为了高等教育研究领域的热点问题。那么,在竞争压力如此大的环境之中,独立学院的师范类毕业生应该如何直面竞争,在竞争中脱颖而出?又该如何提高自身的竞争力,在竞争中立于不败之地呢?本文将通过笔者所在院校-重庆市师范大学涉外商贸学院,具体分析独立学院师范类毕业生就业质量的现状,提出一些普遍存在的问题,以更独特的视角剖析存在这些问题的原因,并为大家提供专门针对独立学院师范类毕业生就业质量问题的具有可行性的解决办法。

In recent years, with the development of independent colleges, the employment of independent college graduates majoring in teaching has become a hot topic in the field of higher learning education. Under the great pressure of serious employment competitions, how those graduates make them stand out, improve their comprehensive abilities and make them invincible becomes a significant issue. In the essay, Foreign Trade and Business College of Chongqing Normal University, where the author works for, is analyzed in the employment of independent college graduates majoring in teaching and some universally existed problems are raised. Then, the underlying reasons are analyzed in an unique angle and finally, feasible solutions to the employment problem are proposed.
