摘要
论述应用型本科院校教学与科研的辩证关系,分析"重教学,轻科研"现象的成因。应用型本科院校要通过强化机制和体制改革,正确处理教学与科研关系,鼓励教师转变观念意识,积极投身科研活动,不断更新教学手段,实现科学研究促进教学质量提升、教学条件改善、学生创新能力提升的目标。
The paper discusses the dialectical relationship between teaching and researching, analyzes the causes of "emphasizing teaching yet overlooking researching" phenomenon, and explores measures to improve quality of talent training in application-oriented colleges and universities. It suggests that those application-oriented schools should encourage teachers to change their mindset to be an active conductor of scientific research and combine it with teaching, thus upgrading teaching methods, improving teaching quality and students' innovative capability.
