摘要
城投债在中国兴起且迅猛发展有其宏观体制性原因以及城投债本身所具有的微观优势。对我国发行的城投债按照债券信用等级、发行规模、发行期限等不同维度进行统计分析,以在此基础上对我国的经济财政体制改革提出了一些意见和建议。
The rise and rapid development of municipal bonds in China is due to macro-economic system as well as the advantages of municipal bonds itself.The paper makes a statistic analysis of municipal bonds based on their credit rating,issuing scale and duration,the offers some suggestions on reform on economic and fiscal system in our cuntry.
