内涵提升的统筹城乡发展的思考——以义乌为例

Connotation Upgrade to Coordinative Development of Urban & Rural Areas——In the Case of Yiwu

习近平总书记"人民对美好生活的向往,就是我们的奋斗目标"的讲话,应该成为统筹城乡发展内涵提升的思想精髓。内涵提升的城乡统筹发展,政府或民间力量都难以单独完成,需要政府牵头进行强有力的组织管理和支持服务,并引领民间力量和市场体系共同发挥作用,要求我们在政府职能、新社区管理、财政投入、制度建设、组织人事管理等方面都要及时进行适应性调整。

General Secretary Xi Jinping has said that ＂people＇s yearning for a better life is just our goal＂,which should be the essence of the urban and rural areas to enhance ideological connotations of rural development.Neithor goverment nor non-govermental forces can carry out connotation upgrade to coordinative development of urban and rural development alone.The success in promoting connotation depends on,apart from a stronger governmental leadership,organiztion management and support,joint efforts on the part pf nongovernment forces and market system,and adaptation in the aspects of government functions,new community management,financial investments,system construction and personnel management.
