摘要 目的探讨存活素Survivin和增殖细胞核抗原Ki-67在肾癌中的表达及两者之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测60例肾癌组织和20例癌旁正常肾组织中Survivin和Ki-67的表达水平,并对60例肾癌患者的临床及病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果 Survivin在肾癌组织中的表达率为66.7%,在癌旁组织中不表达,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Survivin在肾癌中的表达与肾癌病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移均显著相关(P<0.05)。Ki-67在肾癌组织中的表达率为61.7%,在癌旁组织中的表达率为10.0%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ki-67在肾癌中的表达与病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移均显著相关(P<0.05)。Survivin和Ki-67在肾癌组织中均异常高表达,两者表达呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论 Survivin和Ki-67在肾癌的发生发展中起重要作用,联合检测两指标可为肾癌预后提供重要依据。 Objective To study the expression of Survivin and Ki-67 in renal cell carcinoma (RCC)tissues,and to investigate the relationship between them. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Survivin and Ki-67 in 60 cases of renal cell carcinoma tissues and 20 cases of adjacent tissues.Furthermore,the clinical and pathological data of 60 cases of RCC were retrospectively analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of Survivin was 66.7%and 0% in RCC and the adjacent tissues respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05).The expression of Survivin in RCC was significantly related with histologic grade,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05).The positive expression rate of Ki-67 was 61.7% and 10.0% in RCC and the adjacent tissues respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05).The expression of Ki-67 in RCC was significantly related with histologic grade,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05).The expression of Survivin and Ki-67are highly expressed in RCC,and the expression of Survivin has a positive correlation with Ki-67 (P〈0.001). Conclusions Survivin and Ki-67 may play an important role in the develop-ment of RCC.Combined detection of both can provide an important basis for the prognosis of RCC.
