荆州市城区水环境现状及综合治理措施研究

Discussion on Water Environment Situation and Integrated Governance in Jingzhou City

城市水资源制约和影响着城市的可持续发展,是城市发展的约束性资源,具有很重要的地位。水环境是支撑城市可持续发展的重要保证,从城市水环境、水资源与用水单元的特点出发,在对荆州市中心城区水环境质量现状、水资源配置和水环境承载力综合分析评价的基础上,揭示荆州市水环境污染特征和主要存在问题,提出荆州市中心城区水污染总量控制技术方案和水环境综合整治对策。

Water Environment is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of urban environment. Based on the characteristics of urban water environment,water resources and water unit features,this paper aims reveal the major features and problems of water pollution in Jingzhou City with comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the current water environmental quality,water allocation and water environmental carrying capacity in downtown Jingzhou. It also proposed the water pollution control technology program and comprehensive environmental countermeasures.
