摘要
生态环境现代化是苏州实现基本现代化的重要组成部分,本文以生态现代化理论为基础,参考苏州市各项规划和创建工作的指标体系及标准,选择确定了苏州市生态环境现代化指标体系7大类28项指标和指标值。采用专家打分法,确定了各项指标的权重。通过计算评分方法计算综合指数值判断苏州实现生态环境现代化所处的阶段。通过计算各项指数现状值可知,苏州现处在生态环境现代化发展阶段。
The ecological environment modernization is an important part for modernization of Suzhou City. Based on ecological modernization theory,7 major categories and 28 indices and index values is defined in this paper by referencing various planning and the index systems and standards. The weight of each index is determined by experts. Through comprehensive analysis of the indexes,the stage of Suzhou to achieve the modernization of ecological environment can be estimated.
