This paper, based on the Formal Safety Assessment method, analyses the risk factors of marine accident, puts forward effective risk control measures。 This paper also introduces the risk control project in view of effectiveness and economy assessment and how the final result is obtained, so that to complete the navigational safety research on Qinhuangdao port.
