摘要
职业生涯规划规划教育是职业教育的重要组成部分,也是高职学生提升核心竞争力、促进未来职业发展的重要手段。基于高职学生的调查数据分析得出高职学生职业规划能力主要由自我认知能力、环境认知能力、目标决策能力和规划实施能力四个因子构成;高职学生的职业环境认知能力和职业规划实施能力相对较弱;高职学生职业规划能力在性别、社会实践、社团活动、职业规划辅导等方面均有显著差异。
The education of career planning is an important part of vocational education. It can en-hance the core competitiveness for higher vocational students and promote the development of future ca-reer. Based on analysis of the survey, career planning ability of higher vocational college students ismainly composed of self-cognition, cognitive environment, objective decision-making ability and capaci-ty planning. Higher vocational students' ability of professional environment cognitive and career plan-ning implementation is relatively weak. Vocational students' career planning capacity is significantly dif-ferent in gender, social practice, community activities, career planning and counseling.
