高校思想政治教育实质上是一个动员的过程,思想政治教育与动员两者互为手段和方法。在高校思想政治教育过程中应当发挥高校的主体价值与作用,重视思想政治教育者人格魅力的提升,因时因地采取适宜的动员模式并重视大学生的利益诉求与功利动机。

Mobilization actually is the means and method of ideological and political education incollege. In the process of ideological and political education, we should bring college as mobilizationsubject into well playing, emphasize improving the charming of political counselor, adopt a proper mobi-lization model, and pay attention to utilitarian motivation and the claim of college students.
