浅谈高校新辅导员初入职场的角色适应

高校辅导员作为大学生思想政治工作的骨干力量,正扮演着越来越重要的角色,在新任辅导员队伍中,大多数为刚走出校门、初入职场的毕业生。新辅导员应从爱岗敬业、明确职责、提高技巧和提前规划职业四个方面入手,尽快完成从学生到教师角色的转变,且在转变的过程中多关爱学生内心、强化思想教育、加强班级管理、开展文体活动、注重日常积累等。

As the backbone of ideological and political education, college counselors are playing amore important role. For new counselors, most of them are just graduates from college and start towork. In this paper, we discuss the basic methods of how to realize the transformation from student toteacher smoothly by caring and loving students, strengthening ideology education, enhancing class man-agement, developing recreational and sports activities, and focusing on accumulation in routine work.Combined with several methods and personal experience, four aspects such as dedication, responsibili-ties definition, working skill increase and occupational planning conduct in advance have been dis-cussed and analyzed.
