摘要
以蔗糖-6-乙酸酯为原料,以氯化亚砜和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)制备的Vilsimier试剂为氯化剂,合成三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯。探讨了氯化亚砜用量、辅助溶剂的种类、反应温度、反应时间和DMF用量对反应的影响。确定最优的反应条件为:n(氯化亚砜)∶n(蔗糖-6-乙酸酯)=7∶1、反应温度112℃、反应时间2.0h、V(DMF)∶m(蔗糖-6-乙酸酯)=8∶1(mL∶g),在此条件下,三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的收率达60.2%。
Sucralose-6-acetate was synthesized from sucrose-6-acetate and chlorination agent which was prepared from SOCl2and DMF.The influence of thionyl chloride amount,assistant solvent type,reaction temperature,reaction time and DMF amount on the yield of sucralose-6-acetate were investigated.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:n(thionyl chloride)∶n(sucrose-6-acetate)was 7∶1,the reaction temperature was 112℃,the reaction time was 2.0h,V(DMF)∶m(sucrose-6-acetate)was 8∶1(mL∶g).Under above conditions,the yield of sucralose-6-acetate reached 60.2%.
