摘要
通过对物流服务软实力的内涵的界定,从已有理论中找到物流服务软实力的评价依据,然后建立物流服务软实力的评价体系及建立综合评价模型,最后是对一家典型物流企业进行了实证研究,并提出服务质量改进方案。
based on the connotation of the soft power of logistics service,the definition of has been found from the theory of the soft power of the logistics service evaluation,and then establish the logistics services of the soft power of the evaluation system,and then is a typical logistics enterprise,finally puts forward the service quality improvement program.
