首都北京在建设中国特色世界城市的进程中,提出率先构建国际一流旅游城市的发展目标。论文从软实力角度出发,在探讨国际旅游城市软实力内涵要素的基础上,将北京与海外著名旅游城市巴黎、纽约、伦敦、东京在软实力建设方面进行比较分析,以期对北京建设国际旅游城市中软实力的提升有所帮助。

Beijing has risen building a world-class tourist city development goals firstly,when Beijing built Chinese characteristics world cities.This article,firstly discussed the meaning of international tourist city soft power elements of the Beijing from the perspective of soft power and compared overseas famous tourist city of Paris,New York,London,Tokyo comparative analysis of soft power building in order to build an international tourist city of Beijing enhance the soft power to help.
