摘要
注意缺陷/多动障碍（attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder,ADHD）是儿童和青少年时期常见的神经和精神发育障碍性疾病,很多学者认为ADHD是癫癎常见的共患病,但是临床医师面对癫癎共患ADHD时常不能及早识别或正确评估该病.因此在临床实践中,如何及早发现癫癎共患ADHD,如何对其进行治疗,成为临床小儿神经科医师所要面对的难题.该文对国内外关于癫癎共患ADHD的近期相关研究进展作一综述.
Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder （ADHD） is a common childhood and adolescence de- velopmental disorder of neurological and psychiatric diseases. ADHD is regarded as a common comorbidity of epilepsy,but clinicians are usually unable to identify or assess correctly of this comorbidity. Therefore, early i- dentification and treatment of this comorbidity become a huge challenge for pediatricians. This article reviews re- cent progress of ADHD with epilepsy.
