miR-145在血管平滑肌细胞表型调节中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 近年来有研究报道miR-145是血管平滑肌表型调节过程中的关键因子,而表型调节过程是多种血管性疾病的共同病理过程.肾脏是血管富集器官,正常的血管功能对维持肾脏整体功能意义重大,但目前并无相关文章论述miR-145与肾脏血管之间相互作用机制.该文针对miR-145在血管平滑肌细胞表型调节中的可能作用机制进行论述,以期提高对miR145在肾脏血管相关问题中的认识. In recent years,miR-145 is frequently reported as a key regulator of the phenotypic switch in vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC) ,while the switch is the common pathological progress in many kinds of vascular diseases. Kidney is rich of vessels, and the regular function of its vessels has significance in the integral function of kidney. But, there is no article discussing about the relationship between miR-145 and kidney until now. This paper mainly discusses the possible mechanism of miR-145 in VSMC and present feasible experimen- tal methods in a bid to provide a new perspective on kidney and related matters.
