《国际儿科学杂志》与《Pediatrics》近5年综述研究热点问题对比分析

Comparative analysis of the hot spots between International Journal of Pediatrics and Pediatrics in the last 5 years

目的 对比分析近5年《国际儿科学杂志》与《Pediatrics》综述研究热点问题,探讨其一致性及差异性.方法 收集2008年至2013年《国际儿科学杂志》所发表的综述的高频关键词与《Pediatrics》发表的综述的高频主题词,并通过书目共现分析系统进行词频统计及矩阵分析.结果 两本杂志综述的研究热点问题一致性体现在哮喘、新生儿疾病和肿瘤方面,不同之处在于《国际儿科学杂志》综述热点包括先天性心脏病、过敏性疾病和肾脏疾病,而《Pediatrics》的综述热点则包括肥胖、儿童健康关怀和儿童注意缺陷多动综合征方面.结论 通过共词分析方法,探析了《国际儿科学杂志》近5年综述研究的规律与热点及与国外优秀杂志的研究热点的差异性.

Objective To investigate the similarities and differences in research hot pots between Inter- national Journal of Pediatrics and Pediatrics in the last five years. Methods The key words with high frequent occurrence were extracted from Wanfang database, and the Mesh with high frequent occurrence were enrolled in this study. Results The similarities of the hot pots between the two journals were asthma, neonatal diseases and neoplasm. The differences lied in that the hot pots of International Journal of Pediatrics included congenital heart diseases, allergic diseases and renal diseases, whereas the hot pots of Pediatrics were obesity, child health care and attention deficit disorder with hyperactivity. Conclusion By employing co-words cluster analysis, the re- search focuses of the two journals are found out, and its differences are compared.
