肝细胞癌循环肿瘤细胞的检测进展

摘要 肝细胞癌(HCC)是我国发病率及死亡率都很高的恶性肿瘤之一,其术后复发转移是影响患者预后的重要因素。循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)作为一种可以代表原发肿瘤的"液态活检标本",有助于实时、无创性地监测疾病进程。CTCs的检测有助于HCC的早期诊断、复发与转移的监测、预后的预测以及疗效的评估,而且可能成为临床分子检测、分析转移机制及优化治疗方法的一种重要手段。本文就近年来CTCs的检测及临床研究进行综述。 Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is one of the malignant tumors with high morbidity and mortality in our country. Both recurrence and metastasis are important prognostic factor. The important role of circulating tumor cells(CTCs) play in the process of metastasis has been gradually understood. In recent years, driven by rapid development of CTCs detective technology, several strong evidences support that CTCs have huge potential in early diagnosis, monitoring tumor recurrence and metastasis, prediction of prognosis and evaluation of therapeutic efficacy. Furthermore, CTCs-dependent detection could become new approach for clinical molecularly examination, study of metastasis mechanisms and optimizing therapeutic strategy. In this paper, detection methods of CTCs and their progress in HCC research field were reviewed.
