摘要
由于汽车侧面柱碰撞的高致命性,近年来,随着人们对汽车侧面柱碰撞特殊形态的逐渐认识,对其碰撞安全性的研究也越来越重视。本文依照Euro-NCAP标准,基于有限元基本理论,对某轿车侧面柱碰撞安全性进行了研究。首先,在Hyper Mesh软件中建立整车碰撞的有限元模型,再提交LS-dyna进行求解计算。最后,运用Hyper Works对结果数据进行处理,根据仿真结果对车身侧围主要部件如门槛梁、地板横梁和B柱在侧面柱碰撞的碰撞响应进行分析,提出关键部件结构有效的改进措施,为提高此类轿车侧面柱碰撞安全性提供依据。
Because of the high fatality of car side column impact, in recent years, with people's gradual knowledge about special form of car side column crash, more and more close attention is paid to the study of car side column crash safety. In this paper, in accordance with Euro-NCAP standard, based on the basic theory of finite element, the side column impact safety is studied. First, the finite element mode of car crash is built in software Hyper Mesh. Second, LS-dyna is submitted, solved and calculated. Third, the result data is processed by using Hyper Works. On the basis of simulation results, the collision response of major components of car body side such as sill beams, floor beams and B column on the side column crash is analyzed, and then the measures about structural development of critical components are put forward. The results in this paper can be as reference frame to improve the car side columnar crash safety.
