摘要
创伤后迟发性心脏损伤因缺乏早期的临床症状和诊断指标,在临床上极易漏诊和误诊,成为威胁创伤后患者的潜在杀手。自噬作为一种内源性细胞保护机制参与创伤后机体的稳态维持。创伤后应激机制的激活和炎性因子的释放与心脏损伤密切相关,且炎性因子的释放程度影响了自噬水平的变化。因此,创伤后最早发生变化的炎性因子,将有望成为迟发性心脏损伤的早期预警诊断指标。
Due to lack of significant clinical symptoms and earliest diagnostic indicators, the delayed cardiac injury induced by trauma is easily to misdiagnose in the clinic, and it has become a potential killer of the trauma patients. Autophagy as an endogenous cellular protective mechanism involved in maintaining homeostasis. Simultaneously, the activation of post-traumatic stress mechanisms and the release of inflammatory factors are closely associated with heart damage and the release degree of inflammatory factors affects the change of autophagy, so the inflammatory factors which firstly changed after trauma is expected to become the early warning diagnostic indicator for delayed cardiac injury induced by trauma.
