提高配煤稳定性的技术改造

摘要 混合入洗选煤厂的配煤稳定性决定了入洗煤炭性质的稳定性。原煤黏性、粒度及水分等性质的不同使给煤过程中煤的流动速度不同,从而导致给煤机给煤量不均匀且皮带、溜槽容易出现堵、压事故。介绍了通过更新改造破碎机、原煤仓安装空气炮、在原煤仓给煤机上方仓口处增加电动液压插板,合理调整给煤机角度等,提高了配煤稳定性及精煤产率,降低了职工的劳动强度,取得了较好的经济效益。 The stability of washing raw coal property is determined by the coal blending stability of composite feed in coal preparation plant. The different property of raw coal viscosity,particle size and moisture cause the coal flow velocity is different in the process of washing,which leads to uneven coal from feeder,blocking and stopping accident of the belt and the chute. Introduces that a series of technical means are adopted,such as updating crusher, installing air cannons at raw coal bunker,increasing electro-hydraulic flashboard at hatch above raw coal bunker feeder,adjusting feeder angle reasonably and so on. It improves the stability of coal blending and the productivity of clean coal,reduces the labor intensity of worker,and obtains the better economical benefits.
