摘要
目的:了解二级医院临床护士自主学习能力现状,并分析其影响因素,为护理继续教育提供参考依据。方法:采用一般资料问卷、护理人员自主学习能力评价量表,对176名二级医院临床护士进行问卷调查,采用独立样本t检验、方差分析、多远逐步回归分析探讨其自主学习能力的影响因素。结果:二级医院临床护士自主学习能力总分为(112.57±16.44)分,总分均分为(3.31±0.48)分,处于一般水平;影响因素包括临床护士的学历、婚姻状况、学习目标。结论:护理管理者应针对不同学历、婚姻状况的临床护士制定护理继续教育方案,帮助其制定学习目标,提高其自主学习能力,从而提高临床护士的整体素质。
Objective: To investigate the level of self-directed learning ability in clinical nurses at a second class hospital and analyze its influencing factors, in order to provide evidence for continuing nursing education. Method: 176 clinical nurses at a second class hospital were surveyed by general information questionnaire and nursing staff self- directed learning ability scale. The data were analyzed with Independent-Sample T Test, One-Way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Result: The total and average score of the self-directed learning ability were ( 112.57 ~ 16.44 ) scores and ( 3.31 + 0.48 ) scores respectively; the education degree, marital status and learning goals were the influencing factors of self-directed learning ability. Conclusion: Head nurses should make targeted nursing continuing education plans according to these factors, in order to improve clinical nurse's self-directed learning ability, and the overall quality ofnurses.
