3DMax补片在腹膜前间隙修补术中的使用价值

摘要 目的:考察3 DMax补片在腹股沟疝开放腹膜前间隙修复术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2012年5月至2013年5月,大连医科大学附属第二医院收治的腹股沟疝患者30例,均应用3DMax补片行开放腹膜前间隙腹股沟疝修补。结果手术时间40~90 min,中位时间60 min,术后均未用镇痛药。术后1~5d出院,平均术后住院时间2d。随访3个月至1年,仅2例有术区不适、异物感,无切口疼痛,无复发。结论应用3 DMax补片行腹股沟疝开放腹膜前间隙修补操作简便、术后疼痛少、异物感轻、不易复发,适合临床开展。 Objective To investigate the application value of 3DMax patch in gap repair of treatment with open preperitoneal inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 30 cases were respectively enrolled in The Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University from May 201 2 to May 201 3.All the patients were applied with 3D Max patch in the open preperitoneal inguinal hernia repair.Results The operation time lasted 40 to 90 minutes with a median of 60 minutes.The postoperative analgesic drugs were not used 1 to 5 days after discharge,the mean of postoperative hospitalization stay was 2 days.The patients were followed up from 3 months to 1 year.Only 2 patients were reported with wound discomfort and foreign body sensation. No incision pain and recurrence were observed.Conclusion The application of 3D Max patch in open preperitoneal inguinal repair has strengths of simple operation and less postoperative pain without foreign body sensation and recurrence.
