臀中肌综合征影像学表现一例

Imaging of gluteus medius muscle syndrome: case report

患者女,41岁,左侧臀部疼痛1个月余,加重伴活动障碍2 d,体检时,在臀中肌肌腹部及大转子区有明显压痛,并可扪及条索样物,直腿抬高试验阳性。CT检查示左股骨大转子外上方出现点、条状钙化灶（图1）,后行MRI检查示左臀中肌形态增粗（图2）,呈明显长T2异常信号（图3,4）,增强扫描出现斑片状明显异常强化（图5,6）,

Fig. 5, 6 Axial and coronal enhancement scan show left gluteus masle was enhanced obviously. Fig. 7, 8 Both FA and ADC values increased for left gluteus tousle. Fig. 9, 10 Alter 10 days of physical therapy, lesion of left gluteus tousle was improved markedly.
