降糖中药对糖尿病大鼠股骨干骨折愈合后抗弯曲强度影响

摘要 目的:观察降糖中药对糖尿病大鼠股骨干骨折愈合后抗弯曲强度的影响。方法将20只SD雄性大鼠(400±20)g,随机分为对照组和实验组,所有大鼠腹腔注射35mg/kg链脲佐菌素(STZ),于注射后24h和48h测量血糖值,分析数据并确认造模成功后予高糖、高脂饲养1周,行大鼠左侧股骨干骨折和髓内固定术,实验组大鼠每天早、晚予5ml降糖中药灌胃,对照组予等量0.9%生理盐水灌胃。30d后取所有大鼠左侧股骨,测量股骨最大直径、弯曲载荷和弹性模量。结果对照组与实验组的血糖注射STZ前与后24h、72h差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),实验组左侧股骨干最大直径与对照组比较减小,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),实验组最大弯曲载荷和弹性模量比对照组增大,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论糖尿病大鼠造模成功,糖尿病大鼠的骨折愈合速度相对正常大鼠缓慢,降糖中药可以促进糖尿病大鼠骨折愈合,增强骨折愈合后骨干的抗弯曲强度。 Objective To observe the influence of Chinese herbal on the bending strength of the femur after the fractures of Rats with diabetes. Methods 20 SD male rats (400±20g) were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group,and the experimental group,which were all intraperitoneally injected with 35mg/kg streptozotocin (STZ). Before and 24h or 48h after the injection,the blood glucose levels of all rats were measured,and dates were analyzed to confirm whether diabetes mellitus (DM) was successfully induced. For a week with high fat and high sugar feeding,we fractured the left femur of all rats and managed the internal fixation. The rats in the experimental group were intragastric administrated with 5ml hypoglycemic Chinese herbal twice every day,and the control group was with the same dose of 0.9%saline. 30 days later,the femurs of all rats were taken out to observe the maximum diameter of the femur,the bending strength and the elastic modulus. Results The blood glucose levels of the control and experimental groups were increased significantly (P〈0.01). The maximum diameter of the femur in the experimental group were reduced significantly (P〈0.01). The bending strength and the elastic modulus of the experimental group were increased significantly (P〈0.01). Conclusions DM was successfully induced. The speed of fracture healing of the DM rats is slower than the normal rats, and hypoglycemic Chinese herbal can promote the fracture healing,and strengthened the bending strength.
