手术治疗急性无结石性胆囊炎27例疗效分析
摘要
急性无结石性胆囊炎（acute acalculous cholec-ystitis，AAC）临床较为少见，但因其就诊多较晚，病情进展快，而患者又多为合并有血管硬化等基础疾病的老年患者，故坏疽穿孔率高，从而引起严重并发症。本院外科自2011年1月至2013年9月收治急性非结石性胆囊炎患者并经手术治疗27例，报道如下。
