超前支护液压支架的研制及应用,大大提高了综采工作面顺槽顶板的安全性,即为行人及顺槽设备安全提供了保障。论述了综采工作面顺槽超前支护液压支架的发展过程及其技术特点,分析了目前超前支护液压支架存在未能从根本上解决综采工作面顺槽顶板反复支撑的技术缺陷,提出了将新型带压支护技术应用于现有履带行走式超前支护液压支架顶梁的新技术是解决这个问题的关键。

The development and application of the forepoling hydraulic support has greatly improved the reliability of the mining gateway and guaranteed the safety of the pedestrian and equipment. This paper discusses the technical characteristics and development process of the forepoling hydraulic support of mechanized mining gateway. Through analyzing the current technical shortcomings of the forepoling hydraulic support which failed to support the mining gateway repeatedly, and putting forward to a new key technique to solve these problems effectively.
