摘要
设计了集掘进巷道支撑作业平台与单轨吊为一体的巷道架棚机。并利用ANSYS-Workbench对其主要结构件工作平台进行有限元分析,得出应力图和变形图。结果表明:巷道架棚机大大改善了掘进工作的环境,减少顶板事故发生,减轻劳动强度。支护工作平台应力分布比较均匀,且最大应力为380 MPa小于材料Q420的屈服强度,满足强度要求。
The roadway timbering machine combined roadway supporting operation platform with monorail is researched and designed. Developing finite element analysis on its main structures by the ANSYS-Workbench, the stress figure and the deformation map are obtained. The results show as follow: using the roadway timbering machine, the environment of excavation work is improved greatly, the incidence of the roof accident is reduced and the labor intensity is decreased. The stress of the supporting work platform distributes more uniformly and the maximum stress is 380 MPa which is less than the yield strength of material for Q420 MPa, satisfying the strength requirement.
