低分子肝素钙加大黄三七粉预防高原慢性肺心病上消化道出血的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解低分子肝素钙加大黄三七粉预防高原慢性肺心病上消化道出血的疗效。方法本研究选择2012年1月—2012年12月在我科住院的山丹军马场居民(山丹军马场海拔2 500~4 933)212例患者,按照随机数字表法将212患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中对照组采用吸氧、控制感染、保持呼吸道通畅、止咳平喘、纠正心力衰竭和呼吸衰竭等治疗;治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用低分子肝素钙、大黄、三七粉,观察10天内、随访1年内上消化道出血的情况。结果对比两组患者10天内、1年内呕血、黑便的次数,可以发现治疗组的上消化道出血发生次数明显低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.94,P〈0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙加大黄、三七粉可有效预防高原慢性肺心病上消化道出血的发生。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with rhubarb powder in Sanchi chronic pulmonary heart disease prevention of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage induced. METHODS This study selected 212 cases of patients from Military Shandan Stud(Shandan Jun Machang elevation 2 500 ~ 4 933) from 2012 January to 2012 December to the random number table method, 212 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group using oxygen,control of infection, to maintain airway patency, cough asthma, heart failure and respiratory failure to correct treatment; the treatment group based on the therapy and calcium, rhubarb, Sanchi powder with low molecular weight heparin were observed in 10 days, 1 years follow up in upper alimentary canal hemorrhage. RESULTS The two groups were compared 10 days, hematemesis, melena in 1 years, the number of times can be found in the treatment group of upper digestive tract hemorrhage incidence was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.94, P〉0.05). CONCLUSIONS low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with rhubarb Sanchi powder can effectively prevent the plateau of chronic pulmonary heart disease of upper digestive tract hemorrhage.
