摘要
分析了称重传感器技术的应用现状,建立了液压称重传感器的力学模型,并对此力学模型的缓冲性能进行了模拟仿真,在此基础上设计了抗冲击张力传感器,解决了传感器在受到冲击时称重准确性和稳定性不能保证的问题。
Established the mechanical model of hydraulic weighting sensor, the buffering property of the sensor was simulated. Shock-resistant tension sensor was designed at last, which solved the trouble of the weighting accuracy and stability when the sensor was chocked.
