摘要
为解决长距离带式输送机液压自动张紧系统的压力调节不连续不平稳的问题,提出PID控制策略。以带式输送机张紧装置启动过程为例,利用Matlab软件进行PID控制器的仿真,得到带式输送机启动过程中输送带所受张紧力的变化曲线。可以实现张紧装置在较短的时间内完成张紧力的平稳连续切换。
To solve the problem of discontinuous and unstable pressure regulation in the hydraulic automotive tension system of long belt conveyor, PID control strategy has been put forward. Use the start process of belt conveyor as an example, take advantage of Matlab to implement the simulation of PID controller to get the varied curves of tension for belt in the start process of belt conveyor. Then, to achieve continuous and stable tension regulation for tension device in short time.
