摘要
以WC5E型防爆运输车为研究对象,介绍了此车的传动系统与主要性能,利用Solid Works软件,建立运输车前机架、后机架的模型并进行装配,对其在静、动态情况下分别取较严重的工况进行模拟。根据模拟的结果,采用Hyper Works软件对车架的静态条件下的尺寸和动态条件下的尺寸进行优化计算,通过计算得出了最优模型。
Taking a WC5E explosion-proof transporter as the research object,first introduced the transporter's transmission system and the main performance,then used the Solid Works,respectively set up in frame,back frame model and behind assembly them,and then simulated serious conditions of transporter in the static and dynamic cases. Finally according to the result of simulation,using the Hyper Works software on the size of the frame under the condition of static and dynamic conditions to optimize calculation,the optimal model is obtained by calculation.
