摘要
利用有限元方法对矿井液压支架加工专用镗床立柱进行静态分析与模态分析,得出立柱受载后的应力、应变和位移分布规律及各阶固有频率和振型,证明该立柱结构的强度与刚度能够满足设计要求,镗床工作频率远远小于立柱固有频率,不会产生共振,并在此基础上对立柱结构提出了优化设计方案。
Static and modal analyses of the welding column of boring machine were carried out by using finite element method and the stress, strain, displacement distribution and natural frequency and vibration mode of each order were obtained. The result turned out that the strength and stiffness of the column structure can meet the design requirements. The machine tool working frequency is far less than the inherent frequency and resonance will not happen. An optimization design scheme of the column structure was proposed.
