摘要
从矿山机械的实际应用情况出发,首先对超磁致伸缩致动器的相关工作原理进行了详细阐述,然后以前人的理论研究为基础,制定了对致动器抑制颤振作用的实验方案,并得到了较好的实验结果。实验表明:不同的激振频率、不同的位置,对加工零件的颤振抑制作用不同,其中在X、Y方向能获得很好的抑制颤振作用,同时在高频激振的作用下也能较好地抑制颤振作用。
The practical application of mining machinery starting first giant magnetostrictive actuator related works carried out in detail, and then before the person's theoretical research as a basis for the action of the brake chatter suppression experimental programs, and to obtain a better result. Experiments showed that: the excitation frequency, a different location, for processing different parts inhibit flutter, where in X, Y directions can get a good flutter suppression effect, while under the effect of the high-frequency excitation can be better inhibitory flutter effect.
