对现有的几种软启动减速器一体化装置进行了原理介绍和方案比较,并针对它们的缺点提出改进,设计出一种新型的软启动减速器一体化装置。该装置采用行星轮系设计,具有很多现有装置不具备的优点。给出了该设计详细的原理方案图,为装置的分析和研究做好准备工作。

Principle and scheme comparison of several kinds of soft start reducer integrated device is introduced in this paper. A new type of soft start reducer integrated device is designed which overcomes the shortcoming of existing devices. The device adopts planetary gears which has the advantages of many existing devices does not have. Detail mechanical design diagram of structure and principle is given which lays the groundwork for the further study of this device.
