摘要
传统带式输送机由于具有功率大、能耗高等缺点限制了其应用。通过对带式输送机电控系统实施变频改造,达到提高带式输送机的工作效率与工作强度。较为详细地介绍了实施改造应用的变频系统,以及改造后的带式输送机电控系统的特点和运行效果。实施变频改造后,带式输送机的工作强度和效率都得到了提升,并且由于实现了软启动而降低了设备发生故障的概率,节省了维修成本。
Because the traditional belt coal machine with power, high energy consumption drawback limits its application. Therefore, this paper through the coal belt frequency transformation of electrical control systems implemented to achieve the coal belt drive large capacity and long-distance transportation goals. Articles more detailed description of the characteristics and operating results inverter system implemented retrofit applications, as well as the transformation of the coal belt of electrical control systems. After the implementation of frequency transformation, work intensity and efficiency coal belt machines have been improved, and as to achieve a soft start to avoid the probability of equipment failure, the savings in maintenance costs.
