摘要
随着煤矿生产机械化水平的不断提高,在煤炭开采过程中引入交流电牵引采煤机成为一大发展趋势。提出应用嵌入式系统的交流变频调速电牵引采煤机系统设计方案。首先对系统整体设计框架进行介绍,从硬件及软件2个角度对系统展开深入分析,实验及调试结果证实了该系统的优越性。
With the constant improvement of the coal mine production mechanization level, introduced in the process of coal mining for electricity traction coal-winning machine become a development trend. In this paper, application of embedded system of ac frequency conversion speed regulating electric haulage shearer system design scheme. On the system overall design framework introduced in the first place, and from the viewpoints of both hardware and software on the system launches the thorough analysis, experiment and debug results confirm the superiority of the system.
