红光照射联合氧疗并泡沫型敷料治疗脑卒中后2期、3期压疮的疗效观察与护理

探讨红光照射联合氧疗并泡沫型敷料治疗脑卒中后2期、3期压疮的临床疗效。方法:将52例脑卒中后2期、3期压疮患者随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组27例(37处),对照组25例(36处)。两组均行清创处理,对照组使用传统换药方法,干预组采用红光照射联合氧疗并泡沫型敷料治疗。治疗4周后观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:干预组愈显率(91.89%)明显高于对照组(61.11%),干预组换药次数及压疮愈合时间明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用红光照射联合氧疗并泡沫型敷料治疗脑卒中后2期、3期压疮,能有效地治愈压疮,缩短治疗时间,减少换药次数,值得推广。

To study the red glow with oxygen therapy and foam dressing therapy after stroke stage 2, 3, the clinical effect of the treatment of pressure ulcers. Methods： 52 cases of stage 2 and 3 after stroke patients with pressure ulcers were randomly divided into intervention group and the control group and intervention group 27 cases（37） and control group 25 cases（36）. Two groups were performed debridement, the control group using traditional treatment methods, with red light irradiation combined oxygen therapy intervention group and foam dressing therapy. 4 weeks after treatment to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results：The markedly effective rate of intervention group was obviously higher than that of control group and intervention group switching frequency and pressure sores healing time significantly lower than the control group, the difference is statistically significant（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion： The red glow with oxygen therapy and foam dressing therapy after stroke stage 2, 3, pressure sores, can effectively cure pressure sores, shorten the treatment time, reduce the switching frequency, is worth promoting.
