介绍KPI相关理论,揭示高校图书馆建立KPI的必要性,探索高校图书馆、馆内各部门、图书馆馆员三级KPI指标体系的构建。
This article makes an analysis of the KPI Theory,probes into the necessity of the establishment of KPI in university libraries,and probes into the system construction of KPI at three different levels： library, departments of the library and librarians.
