摘要
文章根据我国预测性情报研究的状况和需求,指出预测性情报研究是我国情报研究的趋势;探讨了预测性情报研究的相关问题及预测性情报研究的现实价值;构建了完整的预测性情报研究的流程模式;划分了预测性情报研究流程模式的三个阶段,并详细分析了三个不同阶段对信息研究的不同目的;提出了信息跟踪研究和结果反馈研究的观点,并阐述了理由。
Based on the present situation and requirements for the predicting information,this article expounds the trend,practical value,and the technological process of the predicting information. The technological process can be divided into three stages with different aims. The reasons for following the track of research and the feed-back information of the research are also presented in this article.
