摘要
为了突破钢丝圈发热磨损烧毁,产生断头、毛羽对锭速提高的制约,为判析、设计新型高速钢丝圈提供依据,详细分析了钢丝圈摩擦发热、散热性能以及飞圈断头和飞圈测定方法。指出:钢丝圈过分发热和散热性能不良是产生热磨损飞圈、纱线断头的根本原因,也是钢丝圈线速度提高受到限制的主要原因之一;减少钢丝圈摩擦发热应适当减小卷装,尽量减少钢领与钢丝圈的摩擦因数f;增大钢丝圈散热能力,应尽量增大钢丝圈与钢领接触面积,减小钢丝圈线材比值并增加内脚长度。
In order breakthrough the spindle speed restriction from the end break and hairiness resulting from the traveler friction burn out due to heat generation,and to find the information for research and development of new high speed traveler,details analysis is done to the heat generation and heat radiation and the end break due to the flying traveler in addition to the detection method of the flying traveler.It is pointed out that the main reason leading to the flying traveler with heat abrasion and end break includes excess heat generation and heat radiation with the traveler,hindering the linear speed upgrading.Small package is helpful in reducing friction heat generation.The friction factor fbetween the ring and the traveler should be smaller as possible as it can be.Reinforcement of the heat radiation of the traveler includes the following such as increase of the contact area between the travelers and the ring,reduction of the material ratio of the traveler and increasing the length of the inner foot.
